The weather held off for a beautiful fall morning. I'm so glad we were able to do this session. Aren't they adorable?!! I'm pretty partial to this family because they are friends and their one daughter shares the same name as my great grandma; Mabel. The other daughter, Eleanor, had a blast climbing all over. I love how kids find excitement and joy in everything...including stairs and grass. Thank you again for letting me photograph your adorable family. Enjoy your preview :)

It's so easy to smile when you are around Duke. I have known Duke since Middle school. He is one of the few people who still call me "Buhrmann!!!" when he sees me. I love old friends :) 

I absolutely love Duke's work ethic but what inspires me the most is he amazing ability to connect to people. He is one social guy with a genuine heart to match. Duke gives back to the community by participating in  fundraiser and hosting his own free Christmas dinner. He cares about making the community better. He cares about helping others. He also makes delicious BBQ so CHECK HIM OUT NOW!!!! 

Some of the best adventures are the ones you never saw coming. In the last year, I've added fitness photography to my portfolio. The owners at the Bar Gym and Strength Training have asked me to take photos on to promote their business, personal training and just give me them overall content to post. They have gone through immense growth in their membership as well as take on new endeavors outside of the gym. I've been fortunate to be added to the team and give back to a business that has personally helped in so many ways. What started out as just photos for the Bar's instagram page has growing into booking fitness photo shoots. I'm deeming today Fitness Friday and sharing some of my recent images. This family is part of the wonderful yogi moms that have all used me. These moms bonded with each other in pre-natal yoga classes and remained close. They are all the kindest people I have met so I am eager to photograph and be around every single one of these women and their families. I've been fortunate to photograph this sweet family a few times now. I love that my job means seeing families and children grow up. Sweet Emery introduced me to all her dogs animals and wanted me to stay and play. This is why I find such joy in what I do.

This couple hooked in the first few lines of their wedding inquiry. Sweet Keith proposed to Lauren's daughter, Keagan, when he also proposed to Lauren. OMG!!!!!! Talk about an epic proposal with so much sentiment behind it! Keith loves and adores both ladies in his life. Lauren and Keagan love Keith just as much. Naturally Keagan was included in their engagement session. At times Keagan was the star of the show showing off model poses and giggling alot. This family's laughter and enjoyment of each other's company was a true joy to capture. I also love that they asked to have most of their session take place at a ball field. Igrew up spending my summers at the ballpark so I have a fond love for baseball. Now let's get to showing off this sweet family. 

I swear this is the year of newborns! I have been fortunate enough to capture many growing families including this precious family. Abigail and her family was such a joy to capture. We had a wonderful morning session with great light, adorable outfits and a really sweet big sister. 

This was one magical session!!! Amanda and Tristan wanted to have their pup in the photo and wanted to do them in their backyard. They told me it was some big trees and lots of shade...little did I know just how amazing their backyard and property was! ​They have a bridge with an adorable creek running their yard. They also have a broken down barn with pond and lovely tree lined trail they walk their dog on. Needless to say, I wanted to move after photographing on the property. HA! 

Amanda and Tristan met a few years back but it wasn't until a little dating app that sparks flew. It's easy to see why they are such a lovely match for each other. These two are adorable together!!!

Woah!!! The pressure was on to deliver amazing images to a family so dear to my heart. Bethany is my neighbor and friend. We were the first three houses on the block. The realtor often got us mixed up because we were both photographer/firefighter couples. HA! Seriously what are the chances of that? Since our fateful move we have grown close experincing joys and hardships, motherhood and boss babe lifestyles. I couldn't be more happy to be the lucky one to photograph their adorable family. Thank you for the laughs. Your family radiates soooo much love. 

I have been excited for this wedding since the first time we talked. We did Kelsey and Kyle's engagement session at Ashley Farms last year. It was a gorgeous day for their engagement session and it was an equally gorgeous day for their wedding. The weather couldn't have been more perfect for this rustic wedding with a whole lot of laughter, family and fantastic country music. Missy and I were in heaven shooting at the stunning and beautiful Ashley Farms Venue. Kelsey and Kyle were such a joy to be around. The first thing Kelsey said to us was; "wow! Can you sit on my side during the ceremony to make me look good?!" HA! Here Kelsey was looking stunning and she was complimenting Missy and I. That just kicked off the start to an amazing wedding with down-to-earth vendors. It was truly a magical and charming wedding day.
